Points to remember before uploading your files:

• BEFORE NOMINATING, PLEASE READ THE NOMINATION FLYER AND RUBRIC TO DETERMINE REQUIRED CONTENT
• Please use the nominee's last name as the start of each file name (e.g. - summers-1.doc)
• The first file uploaded should be your narrative detailing why this person is being nominated.
• Narrative should be no more than 500 words for each section of the rubric
• Narrative should be in Microsoft Word or PDF format
• The maximum file upload size is 10MB per file.  Multiple files may be uploaded but please include nominee's last name and the number of that attachment in the file name.
